Abstract
    
    Despite wide enough application and considerable perfection in technology, implantation of phakic IOL possesses possibility of some postoperative complications. In our practice there was a new neopathy — decubitus of anterior capsule of lens. In 5 cases after removal phakic IOL with cataract, in anterior capsule of lens the aperture of the round form with equal edges, diameter 4 mm was revealed.
    Absence of swelling of lens and unremarkable postoperative period testify to possibility of correction of occurring changes.
