Abstract
    The analysis of the remote results of endovitreal surgical treatment of occlusion of central retina vein (CRV) branches at 22 patients (22 eyes) with occlusion of a temporal branch of CRV and a high diffusive edema of a macular retina was carried out. To all of them the transcilliary three-port vitrektomy with posterior hyaloid membrane excision by a standard technique was carried out. At observation terms till 6 months in all 22 eyes it was possible to prevent development of a cystic degeneration of macular area, late neovascular complications.
