Abstract
Anterior chamber depth and width of anterior chamber’s angle are important anatomic parameters of anterior segment of the eye. The purpose was the evaluation of depth and width of anterior chamber angle after and before cycloplegia is appeared. Investigation on Shempflug-kamera («Oculus Pentacam») was performed in 25 healthy subjects (50 eyes) in the age from 18 to 22 (after and before cycloplegia). An average of anterior chamber depth was 3.l8±0.07 mm and 3.33±0.04 mm after cycloplegia. An average volume of anterior chamber was 190.7±5.9 mm³ and 207.8±5.8 mm³ after cycloplegia. An average angle of anterior chamber was 38.9±1.24° and 34.2±1.3° after cycloplegia. Result of cycloplegia was increasing of anterior chamber’s depth and volume. Narrowing of anterior chamber’s angle was 4.5° in the average. Using of Shempflug-kamera («Oculus Pentacam») is high-efficiency, it makes possible to definitely evaluate depth, volume and width of anterior chamber’s angle.
