Abstract
Structural characteristics of Russian bifocal refractional-difractional lens MIOL-AKKORD allow to extend the sphere of using it by the patients with pseudoexfoliative syndrome and glaucoma. The effectiveness of the method is confirmed by the fact that 88% of patients with ophthalmological pathology after phacoemulsification of cataract showd good results in both long sight and short sight groups.
