Abstract
This work presents the results of Lucentis application in exudative AMD treatment by monitoring OCT findings. Main morphological OCT signs which help to evaluate clinical efficacy of Lucentis treatment were defined. It was established that improvement of visual acuity in patients with exudative AMD is associated with a decrease of deformation and central retinal thickness, reduction of number and size of intraretinal cavities, more accurate visualization of pigment epithelium and photoreceptor layer.
