    Phimosis of the capsulorhexis ring

    The results of surgical treatment of 7 patients with pseudoexfoliation syndrome with pseudophakia and phimosis of the capsulorhexis ring and its complete occlusion were presented. Surgical excision of the fibrotic anterior capsule of the lens contributed to the restoration of visual acuity to 0.8-1.0.
