    The article presents a clinical case of a patient who suffered a combined multiple mine-explosive thermomechanical injury to the middle zone of the face with multiple fractures of the zygomatic orbital complex, frontal, maxillary sinuses, severe damage to the right eyeball, complete detachment of the lower eyelid and extensive defects of the upper eyelid and conjunctival cavity.

    The stages of multidisciplinary reconstructive surgery for post-traumatic skin deformity of the middle zone of the face, nose, zygomatic orbital complex, eyelids and conjunctival cavity after primary reconstruction with an ALT-flap are described.
