    Functional results of excimerlaser correction by way of LAZIK operations with the use of femtosecond laser with the application of various volumes of aberration correction were evaluated in the study of 24 patients (42 eyes) with combined astigmatisms. Recommendations are given in terms of general expedience of high order aberration correction. The use of individually calculated algorithm of ablation with a glance to aberration parameters of corneal wave front not less than of the 3-4 order, during the execution of LAZIK operation of patients with combined astigmatisms, allows receiving a more high functional results.
