    In accordance with the Federal project «Personal Medical Assistants», a personal medical assistant for patients with endocrine ophthalmopathy (EOP) has been created and implemented.

    The use of a Telegram bot in diagnostics (EOP) is relevant due to the need for comprehensive and regular monitoring of patients’ condition, which requires the interaction of several specialists and frequent monitoring of hormone levels and symptoms of the disease. There is a test to identify risk factors and assess the current condition with an established diagnosis. The test results are analyzed by diagnostic algorithms and generates a conclusion and recommendations for contacting a doctor. It is possible to send these results via the Internet and make an appointment. The effectiveness of using a personal medical assistant for the diagnosis of endocrine ophthalmopathy is to increase the availability, efficiency and accuracy of clinical data collection and monitoring.
