    Purpose. Тo acquaint with the method of anesthesia in onco-ophthalmic operations and to show the effectiveness of regional methods of anesthesia.

    Material and methods. In recent years, 312 patients have been operated on in our clinic.

    Results. In complicated cases, regional anesthesia is performed - variant of the technique of the wing – orbital blockade. This achieves the necessary depth of analgesia and akinesia to perform the enucleation and exenteration of the orbit.
