    This review of literature presents questions of diagnostics and complex treatment of chronic blepharitis and blepharoconjunctivitis and associated meibomian gland dysfunction and «dry eye» syndrome. The greatest attention in the treatment of these diseases is paid to the measures aimed at eyelid inflammation reduction, tear film stability, normal tear fluid secretion, unimpared functioning of the meibomian glands due to the use of modern medications and diet change.
