    Purpose. The purpose of the study was to assess the results of using the method of fixation stationed complex «posterior chamber IOL, intracapsular ring, capsular bag» vitreous cavity.

    Material and methods. The study involved 18 patients after cataract phacoemulsification, aged 55 to 87 years. Visual acuity, indicators of intraocular pressure, the degree of dislocation of the complex «intraocular lens – intracapsular ring – capsule bag», the state of the endothelium of the cornea, concomitant ophthalmic pathology were evaluated.

    Results. This surgical technique made it possible to achieve a reliable fixation of the dislocated complex «IOL-ICC-CB». The proposed method of fixation allowed in all cases to significantly increase visual acuity.

    Conclusion. Our study showed that the proposed method of transcleral fixation of the dislocated complex «posterior chamber IOL, intracapsular ring, capsule bag» is a safe and effective way to correct aphakia in the absence and extensive defects of capsule support. Its main advantage, in our opinion, is the achievement of reliable fixation of IOL, the absence of intra-and postoperative complications.
